OUR DAILY BREAD
We use sourdough. Why Sourdough? Sourdough is one of the healthiest bread choices you can make. It's good for gut health, easier to digest than other breads and the fermentation process allows the body full access to the grain's nutritional benefits.
FARM TO FORK
Local food is fresh food. Because of this, locally sourced ingredients are of higher quality, have a higher nutritional value. They taste fresh because they are fresh. That's why we prioritize local organic ingredients when ever possible.
FROM SCRATCH
We believe that great food starts with great ingredients, which is why we cook all of our dishes from scratch. From-scratch cooking allows us to preserve the flavor, texture, color, and nutritional value of our ingredients.

STORY
From dishwasher to head chef, Chef Chase has held just about every title in the kitchen along the journey to opening Mountain High Catering. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu & Colorado Mesa University, throughout his career, Chef Chase learned to cook using fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients, and he continues that passion for quality with the menus he curates today.
Founded in 2018 in Durango, Colorado, Mountain High Catering specializes in blending traditional Southern dishes with local flair and strives always to serve his patrons “The Perfect Plate.”
